Refund policy

If you’re not fully happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service. Please pack fragile items carefully, as we can’t refund items damaged in transit.

Sale items and orders over 14 days old are non-refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
